Fresh green masala

1/4 cup grated fresh coconut,
10-15 green chilies,
1 bunch coriander leaves,
1 small piece ginger
5-6 big garlic cloves (or if small use 15-16)
salt to taste

1. Chop chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic.

2. Grind coconut and all the above items together to form a fine paste.

Fresh green masala is ready. This can be used in curries or pulao.
If kept frozen, lasts for a month.
