Kaanda-Tomato koshimbir- type 1  

Ingredients
 
1 medium sized tomato,
1 small onion,
2 green chilies
coriander leaves,
salt,
and sugar (optional),

Method

1. Chop tomato, onion and chilies finely.

2. Add salt, sugar and mix well.

3. Garnish with coriander leaves. Chill and serve.
