    Hello there,
i happened upon your website quite by chance and have absolutely fallen in love it .Just love all your recipes and have tried heaps of them - all with great success - the credit of which certainly goes to you for presenting them in such a simple ' fool proof ' way !!
I would like to know though if stuff like Gul polis , Alychi wadi can be frozen .I only feel inspired to make things if i can make them in bulk and freeze some of it for later use .
Would really appreciate a reply and keep those wonderful recipies coming !

I always wanted to prepare a good brinjal recipe. I tried Maharashtrian bharli vaangi (stuffed brinjal)from your website and believe was one of the best vegetarian dish I prepared.
Although I have more than 20 recipe books from very reputed chefs, this was much better than what the recipes mentioned in the books. Will keep trying some more recipes
