    Hello there,
    i happened upon your website quite by chance and have absolutely fallen in love it .Just love all your recipes and have tried heaps of them - all with great success - the credit of which certainly goes to you for presenting them in such a simple ' fool proof ' way !!
    I would like to know though if stuff like Gul polis , Alychi wadi can be frozen .I only feel inspired to make things if i can make them in bulk and freeze some of it for later use .
    Would really appreciate a reply and keep those wonderful recipies coming !

Other day we were doing ‘Chakali’ and your tips to make good crisp Chakali were very useful. We have even suggested our friends to use this website for good Diwali Faral Maharashtrian style.

    I always wanted to prepare a good brinjal recipe. I tried Maharashtrian bharli vaangi (stuffed brinjal)from your website and believe me..it was one of the best vegetarian dish I prepared.
    Although I have more than 20 recipe books from very reputed chefs, this was much better than what the recipes mentioned in the books. Will keep trying some more recipes

    Good Job. This is a wonderful collection of Maharastrian recipes.

    After reading the recipes I could remember eating them at home made by Mom. I tried a couple of them and turned out good. Need to to add some non-veg recipes like Kombdi-vade etc.
    Overall excellent site.

    Great vegetarian recipes. I am born and brought up in Mumbai, Gujarati vaishnav by caste, but I am a harcore Maharashtrian.Simple Dishes make this site so very special. Do add a few more like kokum saar and more eggplant dishes

    Hi,
    Gr8 work. Thats really a amazing website. I landed is USA for 2 months leaving my wife back in India. I was really missing Indian food over here. But once I found this site, I have never been out for food. The steps are so simple that even a novice like me is now able to prepare regular meals that we eat in maharashtra. I never entered kitchen for cooking but now I am got confidence that even in this field, I can do something.
    Once I go back and tell my wife, that i am able to cook, she will also be thankful to mumbai-masala.com

    Love your site, I lived in Bombay 32 years ago for about 5 years. I could not get enough of Bhel Puri and finally I found a recipe that I am going to try. I would very much like to see an authentic Goan Prawn (shrimp) curry recipe. Hope you can help.
